Standard construction of these SM Series modular buildings is wood framing, but steel frame units are available to meet total non-combustibility requirements. Standard electrical features include fluorescent lighting and duplex outlets. You can also add options such as heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and many others. For plant areas with extensive noise levels, optional sound packages are available.

NRB's Guardian Series of Access and Control modular buildings provides visibility, protection and year-round comfort for employees in every kind of weather. Choose from drive-by, walk-through or elevated designs for maximum control. All NRB Access & Control structures can be custom designed to your needs. Choose from steel or wood construction in a one or two-storey modular building. Floor systems can be simple pressure treated wood, or pre-poured concrete, and walls can be straight or tilted to diffuse glare or to provide an improved viewing area.
